A new dancing year begins.

Welcome back to our students and a big welcome to all new students.

Exams

August/ September, 2022

Students are encouraged to participate in annual I.S.T.D. (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing) exams in all three styles of dance (classical ballet, tap and modern jazz).

These exams occur once a year- usually at the end of Term 3.

Students usually only do one genre each year (occasionally two).

Although these exams are optional, most children choose to do them as they give them a goal to achieve.

They are assessed by examiners from overseas and are internationally recognised.

Annual Concerts

November/ December, 2022

The climax of our dancing year is our end of year show, where all the students take part and is a chance for them to showcase their achievements for the year.

Our show is compact and entertaining- usually all over within an hour and a half (note for dads).
